A reader of The Register has sent them an image of a Ford Focus embedded in the wall of an Edinburgh basement. The 16 year old TWOCer apparently spotted a police car out on patrol, accelerated to high speed and crashed through railings into a basement at the corner of North Castle Street and Hill Street.

The car was stolen from Wallyford in East Lothian two nights ago. More information is available in the BBC story.

Unfortunatley, the TWOCer survived the incident with only cuts and bruises so no Darwin award can be given.
