		<description>Well, thanks for looking Amy, it does appear that the SPC-1000NC/SPC-1300NC lenses are heavily integrated with the casing so it looks like they may not come off (easily) after all. At least not in a way that isn't at least partially destructive to the casing.

		<description>I just got one and haven't had a chance to try it out. However, I stumbled upon your post and saw you had no reply, so I tried to remove the lens. As far as I can tell, it doesn't remove or have threads that would allow even a filter. The lens did rotate, but doesn't seem to come off.
